Google will mail to the adsense user that the ad serving is disabled because google thinks that your are displaying Google ads in a manner that is not compliant with their policies.
Main Reasons :
After searching lots of similar posts i have found that the main reason behind the google ad serving disabled are :
- Clicling on own ads using different ip addresses
- Violations of AdSense policies on pages not complaint with adsense policies – Do not post third party links which involved in the distribution of copyrighted
materials. This includes hosting copyrighted files on your site, as well
as providing links for or driving traffic to sites that contain copyrighted material, it mainly occurs with music, songs related sites. People think that other sites making money and displaying google ads but friends, one day google will find these sites and can disable adsense ads, so keep a distance to write such a pages on your site or blog.
- Absense of privacy policy on your site so please post it
How to Solve this problem….
Make appropriate changes to bring your site into compliance with adsense policy, Then google may re-enable ad serving to your site. Delete all posts , content which you think is inappropriate for google.
Then send your site for a review at
https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/request.py?contact_type=policy_violation_appeal

Google next pagerank update should be in July or August 2010 but the time frame is not fixed as it all depend on Google. Sometimes it happens frequently like within two months and but in year 2008 it took around 2 PR crawls in whole year. Check the page rank history of Google.
